The house has 3 stories, with two bedrooms, one bath on 3rd floor. one bedroom one bath on 2nd floor (entryway) w/ living room kitchen and deck, and has full family room on 1st floor. There are two foldout couches and many cots and a separate screened in tiki hut with a bed overlooking the saltwater meadow. Small boat house for windsurfers, golf clubs, bikes, kayaks, boat. Walk to Farm Neck Golf, Oak Bluffs, private beach, tennis courts, bike trails. Completely private with quiet sounds of nature. Safe for children and pets. People like to walk up to Lolas for dancing and dinner, or to Oak Bluffs. Without luggage, can walk to ferry.
The house is available in total at negotiated price or rooms are available for 4000/summer. Off season rates are reasonable and the Island is at its best at that time. Boat slip available off season. It a pleasant mix of nature, Island living and recreation. Dirt road, kid friendly.
