CSR, LLC operates CapeSummerRental.Com as a service to owners of rental properties who wish to post information about rental properties on CapeSummerRentals.Com and to potential renters who wish to obtain information about properties from CapeSummerRentals.Com.

Terms of Posting Agreement

Property owners who wish post information about properties on CapeSummerRentals.Com must agree to comply with and be legally bound by the CapeSummerRentals.Com Terms of Posting Agreement.

CSR, LLC does not warrant that descriptions of properties posted on CapeSummerRentals.Com or any other information on the site are accurate, complete, or error-free. If the description of any property posted on CapeSummerRentals.Com is not accurate, your sole remedy is with the owner of the property and not with CSR, LLC.

CSR, LLC does not rent property. It is the responsibility of property owners (or their agents) and renters to negotiate and execute rental agreements. CSR, LLC expressly disclaims any liability based upon the terms of rental agreements negotiated between property owners and renters.

None of the information presented should be construed as providing legal advice. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CSR, LLC, its directors, officers, shareholders, agents, employees and its other subscribers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or resulting from your use of CapeSummerRental.Com’s service.

Interpretation

These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matter.  A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use shall only be effective if in a writing signed by an authorized officer or representative of CSR, LLC.  These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to choice of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and to waive any objections as to venue or forum.
