Information for Property OwnersHOW TO POST YOUR PROPERTY
For the first time using the web site to Post Your Property do the following: On the Home Page click POST YOUR PROPERTY On your screen you will see all the information needed to Post a Rental Property. There are 5 easy to read screens (pages) from start to finish, broken down into steps requiring simple input of the property and your contact information with pull down menus to choose from. The Posting Form is detailed and will require approximately 10 minutes of your time to complete. Read our TERMS OF AGREEMENT. If you agree, click I AGREE to continue to the POSTING FORM. The completion of a Posting Form is required for each property to be rented. Once live, the Posting appears on the Cape Summer Rentals.com website and YOUR ACCOUNT is activated. To enter another property or edit, change, delete, including any photo changes and to update your property’s rental CALENDAR always return to LOG-IN located at the top of the Home Page. LOG-IN to access YOUR ACCOUNT and MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY POSTING. In this section is the POSTING PACKAGE containing a LEASE KIT, TENANT CREDIT SCREENING REPORT FORM as well as the information for CREDIT CARD services.
