Information for Property OwnersBOOKING CALENDAR You decide when you want your property rented. Your booking calendar will allow you to display available rental dates, reserved dates and actual dates the property is rented. There are 3 categories. Available = green color, Pending = yellow color and Unavailable = red color. Available –that week/month is available for rental. Pending –you have accepted a reservation but have not signed a lease or accepted a deposit. Unavailable – for whatever reason, rented or what not the property is available for rent. IF YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM RENTAL OF 2 WEEKS OR MORE PLEASE SO NOTE IN THE “REMARKS – ABOUT THE HOUSE” section of your POSTING. YEARLY RENTALS – You will need to enter the rental amount for each month property available. Enter no more than 12 months.
