ARE RENTALS FURNISHED? IF SO, WHAT CAN BE EXPECTED TO BE IN THE HOUSE? Summer and seasonal rentals customarily are rented furnished and fully equipped with the exception of LINENS unless otherwise noted. Yes, you bring your own sheets, towels and beach towels. Specific information about the property is called the Property Profile. Part of that profile is a section called CREATURE COMFORTS. It is a list of what is included in the house (i.e., washer, dryer, and type of stove, microwave, coffee maker and the like). If the property is furnished it is so noted. (FURNISHED YES/NO). The type of beds (King/Queen) and number of each are displayed, enabling you to plan accordingly. If the property IS NOT FURNISHED, it is noted as well. Customarily but not always, Year Round rentals are unfurnished. The list of CREATURE COMFORTS is displayed on the PROPERTY PROFILE for both furnished and unfurnished properties. |
