Yes. An email is sent to you confirming property location, dates requested along with any questions you may have along with the Property Contacts' Information. Please print the confirmation as a copy for your records.
If you do not receive a response from the appropriate individual, as named in the Contact Information, within a reasonable lenght of time (two business days), please use that information to contact them.
Cape Summer Rentals.com is a BY-OWNER site. We do not rent property. Any and all arrangements for the rental are between the Renter and the Property Owner, Manager and or their Agent.
