Our house is the most centrally located and family friendly in Falmouth! For starters, the beach is a mere 35 yards away and is perfect for kids of all ages. Surf Drive beach has great views of Martha's Vineyard, Nobska Lighthouse and Falmouth Heights. Another favorite is the Shining Sea Trail which is only 1/2 mile drive/walk/bike ride along Surf Drive. The historic and beautiful village of Falmouth is only a 3/4 drive/walk/bike ride away. The ferries to go Martha's Vineyard are also just a few minutes away. Our home is located a quiet side street that has children of all ages around. The house itself is a great vacation home (we have a family of our own and have rented homes on the Cape before. We have a good appreciation for what people expect). The house has decks off the the bedrooms and living area. We also have a widows walk @ the top of the house that has the best views of Falmouth!
