This charming one bedroom, second floor unit (2/2) is located directly across from Glendon Beach. Our condo has 2 separate rooms - the bedroom offering a queen size bed for your sleeping comfort and the living room/kitchen area. The tastefully decorated living room area has a daybed with a twin size trundle that sleeps an additional 2 people, color TV with cable and VCR. The ceramc tiled kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, range and full size refrigerator. The kitchen table seats 4 plus 2 stools at the kitchen counter. The bathroom offers a tiled tub/shower and floor and a large vanity. A sliding glass door off the dining area leads to a common deck for leisurely seating and views of the ocean and courtyard pool. Electric heat is provided by thermostat for those cool nights and A/C for those hot summer days.
In addition, the complex of only 45 privately owned units is professionally managed and offers a HEATED POOL, GAS GRILLS and PICNIC TABLES for your enjoyment.
